Numbers, before you ask.
Are prices in AUD and GST-inclusive?
Yes. All prices are Australian dollars. Stripe Tax calculates GST automatically and we issue tax-compliant invoices.
What counts as a "meeting"?
One meeting record — regardless of length, regardless of how many documents you generate from it. Upload an audio file or record in-browser; that’s one meeting.
What happens when I hit my quota?
Hard stop. We don’t charge overages. User-initiated actions are blocked until next month or until you upgrade. Background jobs already running finish.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from the in-app billing page; your account drops to Free at the next billing cycle. Your data is yours — export it as a ZIP at any time.
Where is my data stored?
AWS Sydney (ap-southeast-2). All compute, all storage. Your audio, transcripts, and documents never leave Australia in normal operations.
Do you train AI models on my data?
No. Your meetings, transcripts, and documents are not used to train any model — ours or anyone else’s. We use AWS Bedrock for inference; Bedrock has explicit no-training guarantees.
Is there a discount for annual contracts?
Yes — annual commitments unlock a discount on Pro and volume rates on Enterprise. Talk to sales for a quote.
