- We host all customer data in Australia (AWS Sydney, ap-southeast-2).
- We do not sell your data and we do not use it to train AI models.
- You can export everything you have in Advixa as a ZIP at any time.
- Recordings are deleted after a configurable retention period (default 30 days).
