About

Software that respects how planners actually work.

Advixa is a small Australian software company building post-meeting documentation tools for financial planners. We started this because the people doing the work deserve tools that fit their reality.

Why we exist

A typical client meeting generates an hour of conversation and several hours of paperwork. The planner takes notes, drafts a Statement of Advice in Word, fills in boilerplate, checks compliance sections by memory, and sends the document for review. Multiply by every client every quarter, and the math is brutal.

The tools that exist already are either generic productivity software with no domain awareness, or vendor platforms that lock you into their data model and charge you to export your own clients. Neither matches how Australian financial planners actually want to work.

Advixa is the third option: opinionated software, built around the meeting, grounded in Australian regulation, owned by you. Your data lives in Sydney. Your modelling is built in. Your audit trail is intact.

What we believe

Determinism beats vibes. Our financial modelling is pure-function, year-stepped, AU-tax-rule-based. No Monte Carlo, no stochastic branches. When a regulator asks "why did you recommend this?" five years from now, you can answer with confidence.

The meeting is the data-entry surface. You shouldn’t need to re-key what you just discussed. We extract structured records from the conversation and fold them into every document we generate.

Compliance is a feature, not a tax. Every document is checked against current Australian regulations before you approve it — not after, not by a human trying to remember everything.

Your data is yours. Export everything as a ZIP whenever you want. We host in Australia, we don’t train on your data, and we don’t make leaving difficult.

Where we’re going

The product today covers the path from a recorded meeting to a compliance-ready SOA. The next chapter is native financial modelling — deterministic projections, scenario comparison, fact-find as a versioned source of truth. We’re building it because the planners we talk to are tired of jumping between Advixa, RetireMap, XPlan, and a spreadsheet to do one piece of advice.

We move at the pace of getting it right. If that interests you, come talk to us.

"Advice you give today, defensible five years from now."
