Compliance, not afterthought

Every draft, checked before it leaves your screen.

An 8-rule advisory pass scans every generated document for the things a regulator will look for first — FSG reference, scope statement, best-interests narrative, fee disclosure, risk profile capture, alternatives considered. Issues surface as advisory badges, never as a blocker.

  • Grounded in ASIC RG175, FASEA, ATO, SSA references
  • Threshold updates flow through automatically (concessional cap, transfer balance)
  • Document version history persisted for years, not days
  • Fact-find snapshots immutable once an SOA references them

What we believe

Four convictions, one product.

01 / Determinism
Determinism beats vibes. Our financial modelling is pure-function, year-stepped, AU-tax-rule-based. No Monte Carlo.”

When a regulator asks “why” five years from now, you can answer with confidence — not a probability distribution.

02 / Surface
The meeting is the data-entry surface. You shouldn’t need to re-key what you just discussed.”

We extract structured records from the conversation and fold them into every document we generate. One source. No re-typing.

03 / Compliance
Compliance is a feature, not a tax. Every document is checked against current Australian regulations before you approve it.”

Not after, not by a human trying to remember everything. The regulator’s checklist is in the loop, and it’s helping you ship.

04 / Ownership
Your data is yours. Export everything as a ZIP whenever you want. We host in Australia, we don’t train on your data, and we don’t make leaving difficult.”

No lock-in, no surprises. The product earns the renewal — it doesn’t trap it.

FAQ

Answers, before you ask.

Where is my data stored?

AWS Sydney (ap-southeast-2). All compute, all storage. Audio, transcripts, and documents never leave Australia in the course of normal operations.

Do you train AI models on my data?

No. Your meetings, transcripts, and documents are not used to train any model — ours or anyone else’s. We use AWS Bedrock for inference; Bedrock provides explicit no-training guarantees.

How does compliance checking actually work?

Every generated document passes through an 8-rule advisory pass before you approve it: FSG reference, scope, best-interests narrative, fee disclosure, risk profile capture, alternatives considered, and more. Issues surface as advisory badges — visible to you, never blocking your work.

What happens to recordings?

Audio auto-deletes after 30 days by default — configurable per practice. The SOA, the transcript, and the document history all stay; the audio is transient. The SOA is the permanent record of advice.

Can I export my data?

Yes — pull every meeting, transcript, document, and client record as a single ZIP. One click, 24-hour rate limit, no negotiation.

Get your evenings back.

Start with five free meetings a month. If we save you time, upgrade. If we don’t, walk away — your data exports cleanly to ZIP whenever you want it.
